Ingredients
- 2 c saskatoon berries
- 2 c raspberries
- 1/3 c Lakanto (or erythritol)
- 1/4 tsp dried lemon peel (or ½ tsp lemon zest)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Frontier vanilla flavour (this is vanilla extract preserved in glycerin instead of alcohol, if the alcohol taste in vanilla extract doesn't bother you then go ahead and use equal amount of extract)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until you get the consistency you desire.
- Pour into two 500 mL jars and refrigerate overnight, or at least 5 hours before serving.
